Got some time in this piece. Ported and polished 2012 arctic cat z1 head.

Turns out it takes a couple tricks.

To stick a 140cc engine where a 70cc engine formerly resided 😈

Frame jig. Big pieces from friends,kz650 swingarm legs,shaved load wheels for pivots,sprocket for tilt lock in 10 deg.increments,found forklift wheels axle built from two different steering stems slugged together,casters from friend.
