been back at it again.

this time i built a 1/2 inch offset countershaft sprocket for a kz 900 that has a zx636 swinger converted for the kz already on it.

i torch the teeth off one sprocket and the splines out of the other.then machine them for a custom spacer to fit the od of the splined piece and the i.d of the toothed piece.

then weld them together.i will have to weld all the half circles that were left in the tooth wheel after the center was machined out.then remachine it flat again.

i had an old local sheetmetal guy brake me out this lil coffin tank to match a cardboard and tape mockup i built.

i have a buell blast that i have modified and will continue to modify until i create the picture in my minds eye,that i have not seen yet.

i machined some hidden mounts and welded them in.bought a bung and cap from bung king.then cut up an old softail baffle and welded it and the bung together to get the right amount of height for my cap.

i rode the blast like this for awhile.but have since decided to re-do the frame and tank,seat,fender dealio.

so hopefully before long there will be some new pics to show.

welded an rz350 flush mount gas cap into a kz tank for my buddy dale.

i built these +2 wider and +1 forward a-arms for a 1986 trx250r honda.

a naa mini .22 revolver that i jeweled.

a 1911 long slide that i jeweled for a friend of mine.

been busy !killing last year and getting ready for the new one.

picked up 3 tenths and five mile an hour with that pipe i welded up.
