been back at it again.
this time i built a 1/2 inch offset countershaft sprocket for a kz 900 that has a zx636 swinger converted for the kz already on it.















i torch the teeth off one sprocket and the splines out of the other.then machine them for a custom spacer to fit the od of the splined piece and the i.d of the toothed piece.


then weld them together.i will have to weld all the half circles that were left in the tooth wheel after the center was machined out.then remachine it flat again.
